Stephanie Russo Horse Training Snohomish WA

Stephanie Russo has been training some of my horses and I mean training them, as in starting them from scratch.  She is tiny, but don’t let that fool you, I’ve seen her sit a 1200 pound bucking Hancock two times around the round pen, still keeping the pressure on for the lope and getting it too.  I can’t say enough good thinks about Stephanie Russo and her horse training methods.  So here is a little video for you.

Stephanie Russo Horsemanship a new Snohomish Wa Business

I have just contracted with Stephanie Russo Horsemanship, to help train my horses this year.  Stephanie, lives in Snohomish Wa, and generally does most of her work in that area, but has agreed to come up here to Whatcom County to assist me in getting my horse ready to sell.  We are working with about 20 head of horses right now and most are unbroke horse, so a lot of work  for Stephanie.

I have known Stephanie Russo for several years now, I first saw her at a Dennis Reis Clinic in Washington, then talked to here at a Dennis Reis clinic in Hurricane Utah, I really like the calm way she works with horses.  Stephanie has graduated from College with degrees in Horse Management and Business, plus she has 12 endorsements from Dennis Reis.   Stephanie has such a strong background in the horse industry she is going to be a in demand go to resource for years to come, I am glad I hired her before the word gets out in Snohomish Washington, or I sure would not get her up to Whatcom County.  We are planning on spending about 3 days a week on my herd and I sure need the help.

Does a Local Marketing Strategy really Work?

Let’s take a look and see if my local marketing strategy actually paid any dividends. If you remember I added WA to blue roan horses for sale, to give it a little local flavor and make the pond I swim in a little smaller.  Tale a look below:

The red arrow points to my post yesterday, there it is in all it’s glory sitting in the #7 slot on google for the keyword phrase blue roan horses for sale wa that is pretty good for a 12 hour old post   On this site, which is not really a horse site.  Now I have to confess something here, see all those sites outlined in yellow?  They are mine also, how naughty of me but yes I really enjoy being a #1 page hog.  From top to bottom here is what I got:

• The #3 position is my company business website
• The #4 position is an old SBI site I made years ago
• The #4 position is an old blog on that SBI site,
  I have forgotten how to even use it as the technology was very clunky.
• The #5 position is the horse barn, my current horse website – blog
• The #6 position is this blog here of course

So as you can see a well thought out local marketing strategy works very well and I not only get local calls but people call from all around the United States.

Blue Roan Horses for Sale

I use Internet marketing to sell my Quarterhorses, right now I have five blue roan horses for sale that I have been rat holing for years.  I was going  keep them but a lot of people like the blue roan color and the money is usually right to sell them.  The reason I am telling you about my blue roan horses for sale is I wish to show you the different ways that you can use more long tail keywords to sell your products and services with, rather than the more competitive keywords that can be very hard to show up in the search engines when you use them.

I am going to run a test now and show you the progressive system I use to get traffic to my horse websites like The Horse Barn I am going to link to a page on the site that has blue roan horses for sale now this phrase will take some time to get up in the listings for but is achievable.

Blue Roan Horses for Sale WA

This is about  moving down the long tail I have added WA to my previous keyword phrase to generate blue roan horses for sale wa this will reduce the number of searches but improve my position in the search engines.  I am convinced that working the long tail is not only better but also will give you more consistent traffic over a longer period of time  If I had horses in other states I would certainly add that state to the keyword, but only ad if you can deliver your service or product to that area.  I don’t want to deliver to texas so I don’t advertise for Texas.
